This place is a dive, but in the best way possible. Great joint, variety of entertainment, games, and vending machines. Total local bar. The sandwiches are great, but they NEED ONION RINGS as a side. Please, get a fryer and include onion rings on the menu!
This could be a good bar. It's located just a couple blocks from the beach in downtown Cocoa Beach. However, they will 86 someone for no reason whatsoever. Flirt with the wrong girl or dance too much. I feel like the managers are jealous of people having fun. I used to love the place but not so much anymore. They said I couldn't come back for a month because I had too much fun dancing one night and gave the band and acoustic guitar and danced with apparently the wrong girl
Home of the "Worst Sandwich in the World"...which is about as far from the truth as it's possible to get! Freshly cooked, excellent sandwiches, and a good selection of well-priced beers and spirits. Cool atmosphere, great staff and a nice little oasis off the main roads to cool down on a Florida afternoon.
Dark and cold. Like a cave. The way a dive bar should be. Way more locals than tourists, which is almost always a good thing. Full bar, TVs (mostly tuned to Fox News), and plenty of bar games (darts, billards, etc). Awesome back porch and awesomer backyard, complete with an outdoor stage for live music

It is definitely a local bar. Great outdoor patio. Best sandwiches on the beach. Great pricing on sandwiches and drinks. My favorite is the French Dip but you can’t go wrong with any food here.
The bartender Jesse made my experience way better, Perfect! It was my first time at Johnathan’s pub and he def made it way better! I’ll be coming back! Amazing place and the subs were incredible:)
Jonathan’s sandwiches are the best in town. The Italian combo can’t be beat and the Ruben is amazing. Alicia is awesome and the service all around is always top notch! Fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice! Great open patio with tons of space and dog friendly! Cheap prices and super local crowd that knows the best places.
